The second official off-site Cabinet meeting of 2025 was held on 29 April 2025 in Nakhon Phanom Province using the 3rd floor conference room in the Mekong River Basin Conference Hall, Nakhon Phanom University. The 2nd floor of the conference hall was set up as a space for more than 400 Thai and international media, with facilities.
